After retiring from Morgan Stanley, she returned to her alma mater as a part-time lecturer at the School of Journalism and Communication at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Through her upbringing and education, she appreciates the difficulty faced by many women in pursuing a professional career, and she has funded a scholarship to support a female student from Hong Kong to attend London Business School ever year for the past ten years.
